Your First Visit
Once you have scheduled your appointment either on our website or with one of our patient coordinators over the phone, our team will collect your information. We will also send you our new patient forms, allowing us to collect your medical and dental history before your initial visit. We will share your financial responsibility with you before your visit so you know exactly what to expect to pay out-of-pocket, if necessary.
When you arrive, our dental assistant will take diagnostic information, including X-rays and a dental wellness scan. Your dentist will introduce themselves to you and ask you about any oral health concerns you may have, as well as discuss their findings from your examination. If needed, we will also communicate any treatment recommendations with you. Once your appointment is finished, our front desk team will schedule your next visit, as well as any necessary treatments.

No Insurance? Try Our In-House Membership Plan
If you don’t have insurance, we highly encourage you to take advantage of our in-house membership plan. You can sign up over the phone or in-person at your appointment to immediately begin utilizing your benefits. Once enrolled, you will receive two professional dental cleanings and exams, all necessary X-rays, and an emergency exam completely covered over the course of the year.

Financing Available
We work with Cherry, a third-party financier that offers low-to-no-interest monthly payment plans. Upon approval, our team will apply your financing information to your account to pay for treatment, and you will pay that amount in monthly installments through Cherry. The process is easy and ideal for those who would rather not pay for the entire cost of care at once.
Pay Online
You can easily pay any remaining balance on your account online through our secure and safe patient payment platform. Your payments will be immediately posted to your account, and you will receive confirmation via email.
